TMT Continuous Mixed Rotors

Our rotors are manufactured with the highest regard to quality. They are CNC machined to proper specifications, to restore your production rates and to reduce rotor breakage. They are produced as replacements for your existing machinery and for our new machinery.

Rotors are available in two different styles:

• Style 15 - General Purpose
• Style 7 - Special Applications

Base Material Types:

• Top Quality Heat Treated Alloy Steel
• CPM 9V Heat Treated

Available Coatings:

• Hard Chrome - Our Special Hard chrome procedure puts a consistent amount of chrome throughout the rotor body
• Tungsten Carbide Thermospray

Available Stacking Parts:

• Individually - From a 2" LM Lock Nut to a 9" CM Tapered Journal
• Complete Set - Ready for Stacking
• Complete Set / Stacked on Our New Rotors - Our Rotors Are Available completely Stacked Ready to Install
